It is something greater than a simple product or service.

It is instead organic and alive as it grows, evolves, adapts and interacts with consumers & customers.
A successful Brand forms deep & meaningful relationships with people
It is, therefore, why people become loyal and faithful to a Brand. Not because of the product or service, but because of how the brand makes them feel.
